  Richmond's hip Scott's Addition district is the lively setting for the Hofheimer Rooftop. Local landmarks such as the Flying Squirrels Diamond and the Science Museum of Virginia are within view from the restaurant, situated on the third floor of the Historic Hofheimer Building.   Richmond's thriving craft beer scene owes much to Starr Hill Brewery. Founded in 1999, Starr Hill is the second-oldest craft brewery in Virginia. Eats at the Scott's Addition beer hall and rooftop are available from a rotating list of Richmond's top food trucks, and the schedule is jam-packed with live music, karaoke, trivia contests, and other entertaining events. Want to stay closer to the ground? Dogs are welcome on the first-floor patio.
