It's never too early to start planning for the Richmond Oktoberfest, with this year's event expected to be bigger and better than ever. The 2022 edition is the 52nd annual Richmond Oktoberfest and will be taking place at the Old Dominion Building at the Richmond Raceway. This two-day event features all of the charms of a traditional German Oktoberfest celebration, with a convenient location near Richmond homes for sale and a packed schedule of events.
